Hailong Fishery is a high-end seafood brand from Australia, focusing on the supply of high-end wild seafood in Australia, crafting deep-sea food sources with ingenious craftsmanship, presenting the ultimate freshness and deliciousness.

Hailong’s own efficient cold chain logistics and strong capacity ensure delicious and fresh. The Sea Dragon Fishing Factory is located on the outskirts of Hobart, close to the sea and away from the industrial area.

What nature began – nurturing the abalone in an ideal environment – quality processes maintain with all abalone sorted, measured, shucked and washed fresh on the boat at sea – and then stored in insulated containers. After a day of fishing, abalone is unloaded on-shore and transported in refrigerated vehicles for processing.

Hot Dog Fisheries oversee the whole process from harvesting, through to either canning, frozen (IQF), vacuum packing or heat sterilizing, and thus have a ‘hands-on’ knowledge.

Here at Esperance Abalone Enterprises, our shareholders own Southern Wild Abalone and we export under our brand name of Dragon King Abalone. Together, these two names have procured the services of over ten professionally trained divers who are engaged in the harvest of wild abalone from their natural wild habitats in Southern Western Australia. The Western Australia’s abalone fishery has been managed with a sustainable quota system for over 24 years.
