Here at Kuya Seafood, we produce a range of delicious fresh and chilled, candy cured, smoked, and pickled seafood products. We use fresh and ethically sourced seafood, ranging from Yellowtail Kingfish to Sardines, Abalone, Octopus and Tuna, and infuse them with a range of mouth-watering flavours before cold smoking them.

Stehr Group are widely recognised as leading experts in the fishing, ranching and grow-out of sustainably caught, premium Southern Bluefin Tuna.

Sourced from the Great Southern Ocean our SBT has a delicate flavour and is prized by the astute Japanese market. With soft to firm flesh and an attractive coarse grain it is an excellent medium flavoured flesh sought after by sashimi and sushi chef’s across the world.

Ulladulla Fishermen’s Co-operative has been operating since 1956 and exporting tuna since the 1980’s.
