We are 100% family owned and operated since 1991. Our Southern Rock Lobsters are quota managed and sustainably sourced from the pristine Southern Ocean surrounding Tasmania. Their colour can range from a deep purple-red to an orange-white. Their colouring is almost a colour chart indicating the depth that they were harvested from, the whiter they are the deeper they live. But regardless of colour or depth, when prepared properly its flesh is firm, rich and slightly sweet and known worldwide as the best.

The South Australian Prawn Co-operative was established by prawn fishermen to exclusively supply the world famous Spencer Gulf King Prawn. With supply from the majority of prawn fishermen who are also owners we can ensure only premium prawns of the highest quality are supplied to our customers.
