All of our Oyster farms are export approved waters meeting strict Australian and International food quarantine guidelines. Our export product is packed in our own approved packing facility with strict QA and HACCP programs that control our entire domestic and export processing and packing.

Tasmania has adopted an internationally accepted Quality assurance program for the reduction of food safety risks in shellfish consumption. This program is carried out by Shellfish Market Access Program
