Far West Scallops is a family owned and run business with over 35 years experience catching, processing and distributing scallops. Renowned for the quality of our scallops, we operate our own fleet of trawlers and a world class factory based in Fremantle. We catch and process Ballot’s Saucer scallop (Ylistrum balloti) in the beautiful, clean waters of Shark Bay, the Abrolhos Islands and the South Coast of Western Australia.
