The rare and celebrated Jade Tiger Abalone™ is nurtured in the pristine waters of the Great Southern Ocean. Jade Tiger Abalone™ has a stunning green shell with a vibrant tiger stripe and is fed by the cold, oxygenated and nutrient rich waters that sweep northwards from the Antarctic.

Jade Tiger Abalone™ specialises in the delivery of live abalone, which is strong on arrival, to cities across the world. Our modern live holding facility can hold up to 10MT of live abalone, purged and ready to airfreight, at any time. Our location is a short drive from Melbourne International airport, giving us excellent access to direct flights to cities all over the world. Our live abalone has been enjoyed by chefs in cities such as Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo, New York, Sydney, Taipei, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, among many others.

Our live abalone is delivered fully purged, graded to 20g increments and packed in 2 x 4kg baskets per poly-carton. Our live abalone is packed to comply with international airline standards and we are able to supply all necessary customs clearance documentation for smooth and fast customs clearance on arrival.
