The Fish Factory is a proud South Australian family owned and run company which has now been trading for three and a half decades.

Since the company’s establishment in 1981 beginning in retail, it has moved into fishing, processing, wholesale, distribution and export.

From here, continuing the 40 year tradition and commitment of supplying South Australians with the biggest and freshest range of seafood on the market! Operating a small fleet of fishing vessels enables The Fish Factory to ensure consistent and fresh supply of fin fish, flake and Southern Rock Lobster to local, Domestic and International customers. It is important to take note that The Fish Factory is a leader in maintaining a pro-active approach to stock assessments and the sustainability of our fish stocks, participating in surveys and voluntary observer trips on their vessels.

The Athol Park premises maintains AQIS approved Live Crayfish exporting facilities as well as live holding tanks. The Fish Factory has been in the Live Export trade for two and a half decades.
